How do I return my order?
Sol de Campo does not accept returns. Our artisans and team create Sol de Campo candles on a “made to order” basis, and cannot offer returns.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please be aware these items are handmade by artisans and no two pieces are exactly identical. Thus, the presence of slight aesthetic variations or imperfections only adds to the charm authenticity of these pieces.
If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives broken, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution. Let us know what the issue is, by emailing soldecampocandles@gmail.com along with the details and pictures; and we will handle the returns process from there.
As a small business, we will always try our best to resolve and offer the best customer service possible. In some instances, we might not be able to replace or exchange an item.

How do I get a refund?
Please get in touch with us at soldecampocandles@gmail.com and let us know about your situation and the reason for your refund request. We will notify you once we’ve inspected your situation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 1-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
